This project is a powerful English-language alter ego of our flagship, VITSEM. The sonic concept is structured as an engaging road adventure where classic ballad traditions meet modern, dense guitar drive. The foundation of the asset fund consists of profound, international adaptations of Vitaly Semenov's best Russian-language songs, as well as entirely original tracks written directly in English. Dense Southern blues, cinematic post-rock, honest lyrics about the complexity of human destinies, and powerful masculine vocals curate an immersive, large-scale effect that transports the listener directly into the epicenter of classic American rock.
To deliver the authentic, root atmosphere of Southern blues rock, our tight-knit core of Laboratory musicians has completely restructured their sonic presentation. Russian guitarist Alexey Romanov has traded aggressive riffs for melodic, lingering slide-solo parts in the spirit of the classic American school. Bassist Laurent Vernier and drummer Oliver Kidd drive the tracks with a lazy, yet incredibly powerful and heavy Southern swing. The vocal charisma is spearheaded by our English-language digital frontman VITSEM ECHO — a virtual avatar that flawlessly translates the entire depth, emotional edge, and signature energy of the author's original timbre.

Translating song heritage into another language is always akin to creating a new piece of art from a clean slate. The band shares archival facts about how Southern blues and American road motifs transformed their conventional performance character.
