Short Biography of Vitaly Semenov
I. Genesis and Atmosphere
Vitaly Semenov was born in 1974 in the Kyrgyz SSR, into a family where music was not just background noise, but a powerful element. His father — a music lover and disco organizer — amassed a colossal music library that became Vitaly's first true musical school.
1991: Relocation to Altai and the first touch of acoustic guitar strings.
1992-1994: Military service — a time of forging a masculine character that would later resonate in the "honest rock" of VitSem.

II. Band Experience and Digital Breakthrough
The period between 1998–2005 in the band "Navigator" was a time for gaining live performance skills. However, the internal need for complete creative freedom led Vitaly to the decision to become a "solo musician."

The academic foundation was laid during 2007–2011 at a music college. A degree in Music Theory, a thesis on Pink Floyd, and a research paper on "Computer-Based Music Production Technologies" created the bedrock upon which VitSem Music Lab stands today. Since 2014, the project has found its official home at vitsem.com.
III. The Digital Era and 24 Albums
By 2025, Vitaly Semenov achieved what seemed impossible for an independent creator: a complete discography of 24 albums. This is the result of immense dedication, where every song evolved from a guitar draft to complex arrangements in REAPER. And there is more to come...
Artificial Intelligence as Assistants and Scale
Since the summer of 2024, Vitaly has been implementing AI to rework his vast archive. This is not a mechanical process, but an "uncovering" of the true potential within each song and track.
"The core is the lyrics and the author's soulful understanding of the message embedded in the work," — Vitaly states.
The author's songs are in rotation on Cosmos FM, RockAtaka, Nevermind, SINTEZI, Vzamen FM, and Radio EARTH Plus, while his "bold romanticism" resonates with thousands of listeners. In April 2025, Vitaly was featured on the "Aurum Inutile" program on Radio Russia.
IV. VitSem Music Lab 2026
Today, the Laboratory consists of 12 autonomous projects. It is not just an archive, but a living organism that continues to grow and evolve.
